Every moment of success was bittersweet
Every time I thought I'd made it
I found it was just a tease
Until I turned my life around
By tearing down depression
By keeping focused on finding
endless love & emotional expression
Its safe to say my smile,
Even when it was fake,
Helped to change my directions
That I was made to take
I'm capable and qualified
And I can do nearly anything
If I believe I'm here for happiness
God gives me reasons to be it
