I found him before the first of May
Fell in love
On the very first date
He drenched me in delight of what I found
He kissed me and nibbled my body
As he threw me to the ground
He gave me smiles I'd try to eat
And carried my heart in his hand
I thought he'd make sure he didn't drop it
But I guess you can trust no man
Because for all of my honesty
That I'd love him my whole life
He'd pretty much told me
He doesn't want me as his wife
So as the summertime sets in
And he stepped out
I'm regrouping and trying to find out
What my life is all about
