because she's treating her insides
like it's pure copper or gold
worth more than some souls
she treats her insides
like they'll never be old
undoubtedly healthy
and consciously aware
and even if she wanted some,
she would never dare
so live long and prosper
she happily shouts
because with small daily changes
your life turns around.
