i don't spend my time acting better
than anyone else
i focus on what i like
and try nothing else
i chose to be happy
because of how i want to feel
and i love every moment
that my emotions are real
especially when i'm sad
because it brings me back to earth
and reminds me that i'm human
with a lot of self worth
i pray that God gives me
a constant state of clarity
and makes me stronger than my past
despite any calamity
i'm always learning new ways
to be exactly me
and with everyday i get cuter
just look at me
and see
