all the pain
and the anguish
the sorrow at the struggle
the places and the people
the petty fights for my loving
it was for purpose,

i needed to find me
and as i've fell deep
i've begin to finally see
this is it, i'm me
the only one i'll ever be
and with all the love inside me
i know that now i'm finally free
among everything else i've learned
most important is how i've grown
to give myself more credit
and love my entire soul
and with the sudden breakthrough
of what i never knew
i'm patient and hopeful
